Amiens-based activist, ex-member of headwar and part of the duos jazzoux (with amédée de murcia) and me donner (with romain simon), claire gapenne prône free electronic music rooted in physical noise, composing pieces that evolve in unexpected ways. her only instrument is a drum machine and synthesizer which she has been playing and manipulating with dexterity for more than 8 years.

member of jazzoux (with claire gapenne), od bongo (with c_c) and balladur (with romain de ferron), among many other collaborations and projects. amédée de murcia pushes rhythmic and synthetic experimentation into uncertain spaces. between repetitive and microtimbral post-club compositions, the formation of distorted and improvised spaces reminiscent of rashad becker's research, and experimental writing in the composition of pop pieces with balladur, each project of somaticae is both radically different and rigorous. somaticae has been released by lost dogs entertainment, gin & platonic, in paradisum, ttt...

Wash Club
a new project quickly adopted by the label third type tapes, composed of gábor kovács (playing solo under the name of új bála) and daniel dariel (drummer of donna candy and umarell & zdaura, among other projects and numerous collaborations). leaving a lot of room for improvisation, wash club plays in a post-club translation of noise, with desynchronised machines and a songwriting that varies with each concert. this date at the ateliers claus marks the end of their tour in eastern european countries, and a first cassette soon to be available on the third type tapes label.
